Unethical practices in organization

Today plenty of companies are facing issues related to unethical practices being followed by some of their managers and their team members. The most significant of them being -

1) Having only favoured vendors to do the job / Kick back from vendors / asking favours from the vendors in getting some job done.
2) Shouting at team members / using slang in official conversations and still believe that it is culturally acceptable in the society.
3) Inducing fear in the team members that if any of the above is highlighted then their job is at stake.
4) Biased towards team members in their reviews.
5) Using team members to do personal favours.

Employees trying to bring this to the limelight have to bear the brunt so most of them keep quite because you never know who all are involved in the "GANG"

Some of the MNC's in the name of "Ethics board" have only the same "GANG members ruling the show.

Do any of you have any such experiences?
